Our hogs root on real ground, eat a varied diet, and live with enough space to express natural behavior. At harvest, we work with processors who handle whole-hog work with skill and respect for the animal. You can order a whole hog, a half, or discuss specific cuts and cures. Everything comes back vacuum-sealed and clearly labeled — liver, lard, ribs, chops, roasts and all, if you want the full picture of what a real pork order looks like.
